The expected base rate for this role is $25.00 per hour during the 2-8 week training period, followed by component pay based on miles, cases, and stops.
Schedule is Monday – Friday with dispatching between 3:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. Work continues until all cases are delivered. Days and hours may change based on business needs. Overtime compensation applies as applicable.
We help new Class A CDL drivers train. During the 2-8 week training period you will learn to operate trucks, follow safety culture, and develop excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Main Responsibilities- Safely drive trucks to customers and meet scheduled delivery times.
- Unload products from the trailer using two‑wheeler, pallet jack, or by hand, and place them in designated customer storage areas.
- Verify delivery accuracy with customers and obtain proper signatures.
- Handle collections and payments from customers when applicable.
- Perform professional customer service to enhance client experience.
- Conduct all pre‑trip and post‑trip equipment inspections.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repeatedly during each shift.
- Comfortable driving and working in inclement weather with frequent stops (10+ per shift).
- Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Valid Class A CDL issued by the state of legal residence with necessary endorsements and DOT qualifications.
- Less than six months of commercial driving experience or less than three months in food and/or beverage delivery required.
- Preferable ability to operate manual transmission; may be required in specific locations.
- Proficiency in reading and communicating in English, including understanding traffic signs and signals, responding to official inquiries, and entering information on reports and records.
