Job Overview

We’re looking for a highly driven office manager to lead our administrative staff. You’ll oversee office operations, streamline systems, and ensure administrative support accurately follows office policies. The ideal candidate is an organized, efficient leader who loves motivating and encouraging others to do their best work.

• Execute office administration and human resources tasks as assigned
• Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards
• Manage secretarial duties, including leading day‑to‑day operations and overseeing administrative assistants
• Keep office systems running smoothly by ordering supplies, organizing filing systems, maintaining office equipment, optimizing the budget, and scheduling meetings
• Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors

• Excellent time management, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred
• Must have graduated high school, obtained a GED, or equivalent
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems

$70,000 – $84,000 per year.
