WhatYou Will Be Doing
The Account Manager ensures we meet or exceed contractual obligations by providing quality janitorial services. The Account Manager leads through training, client relations, scheduling, pricing, and inventory control. Region Supported:
Dallas / Fort Worth, TX.
- Conduct quality control visits to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensure work standards are in accordance with customer requirements.
- Manage chemical and equipment inventory.
- Prioritize work responsibilities to give appropriate attention to all work areas in the assigned geographical area.
- Communicate regularly with customers to ensure operational continuity, track performance, and resolve any issues.
- Respond quickly to any client or employee complaints, requests, and issues, documenting the issue and following up to resolution.
- Manage special project work as requested.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Must have a reliable vehicle with car insurance.
- Must possess a clean driving record with a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
- Must be self‑motivated with a strong ability to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks, projects, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain high‑quality interpersonal relationships.
- Some experience with and knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Professional demeanor and behavior.
- Dependable, reliable, and punctual.
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
- General ability with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
Education and Experience
- 3+ years of proven facilities management experience.
- 5+ years of proven customer service experience, any industry.
- 75% of travel by vehicle to assigned geographic area (Dallas / Fort Worth, TX).
Monday – Friday
Standard business hours and after hours/weekends as needed.
