Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Fulfillment Center Co-Manager to help oversee the day-to-day operations of our locksmith and security systems fulfillment center.
This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for customer and vendor communications, order processing, inventory management, production, fulfillment, quality control, and co-managing the fulfillment center team
. The position will work closely with management, locksmith technicians, project coordinators, sales staff, customers, and vendors to ensure orders are processed accurately, produced efficiently, and delivered on time.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who can balance administrative responsibilities with hands-on production and team leadership. Because our work directly supports customer security systems,
accuracy, confidentiality, organization, and attention to detail are critical

The role will also be responsible for maintaining accurate security records and charting systems, including Instakey SFIC and Best IC systems, as well as supporting work order and production processes within the company's ERP system.
Key Responsibilities Fulfillment Center Operations & Team Leadership- Co-manage the day-to-day operations of the fulfillment center in partnership with the other center manager.
- Help coordinate, prioritize, and assign daily work to fulfillment and production team members.
- Monitor workflow to ensure orders are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.
- Provide hands-on support and direction to team members as needed.
- Assist with training, cross-training, onboarding, and development of fulfillment center employees.
- Help establish and maintain consistent procedures for order processing, production, inventory, quality control, and fulfillment.
- Monitor team productivity, work quality, and adherence to company procedures.
- Communicate operational issues, staffing needs, and process improvements to management.
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, production questions, fulfillment timelines, and other operational matters.
- Communicate professionally and promptly with vendors regarding product availability, pricing, orders, lead times, backorders, and delivery issues.
- Coordinate with sales, project managers, technicians, and customers to clarify order requirements and resolve issues.
- Follow up on outstanding orders, materials, and customer requests to keep projects moving forward.
- Identify potential delays or issues and communicate them proactively.
- Maintain professional and accurate communication records.
- Accurately create and process customer orders within Security Records using the Instakey SFIC (Small Format Interchangeable Core) charting system
. - Maintain accurate records for keying schedules, master key systems, security hierarchies, keys, cores, and related products.
- Verify order information against customer specifications, job tickets, purchase orders, and technical documentation.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies before production or fulfillment.
- Generate and update reports as needed to support technicians, project managers, sales staff, and management.
- Create and maintain Best IC (Interchangeable Core) charting systems for customer accounts.
- Create, update, and maintain work orders within the Acumatica ERP system
