• Maintain records of service calls and arrival times
• Document service schedules and customer complaints
• Produce documents needed for dispatch
• Communicate with customers and field teams about service details and special requests
• Plan and adjust service calls when necessary

• Candidate required to have high school diploma or GED; preference for candidates with associate or bachelor’s degree
• Candidates with 1+ years of experience as a service dispatcher are preferred
• Experience working with people under stressful and dynamic conditions
• Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere
• Applicant should possess exceptional communication, organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills
