This is a full-time on-site role for a Residential Plans Designer based in Hurst, TX. The professional will create and modify custom home plans and blueprints, ensuring alignment with client requirements. The role includes collaborating with architects, engineers, construction teams, and clients to deliver designs that match specifications. Daily responsibilities include developing layouts and preparing construction documents while adhering to local codes and regulations.

• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools
• Experience with Residential Building Design, including home layouts and custom blueprints
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, local building codes, and material specifications
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with clients and project teams
• Attention to detail and problem-solving aptitude
• Ability to work on-site and complete projects on deadlines
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in residential construction or home design is a plus
