Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:00 am - 6:00 pm and some Saturdays; varies based on course schedule

This role is responsible for performing a variety of clerical and office duties and tasks to assist instructional faculty, staff, students and visitors.

• Maintains student records and files and reproduces class materials
• Maintains inventory of supplies
• Receives visitors and answers phone
• Organizes and maintains test files
• Administers and grades examinations
• Prepares reports and responds to requests for information
• Explains and demonstrates machines used in the area
• Assists students, individually or in groups, with lesson assignments to present or reinforce learning concepts
• Maintains equipment and materials used within the department and maintains room in clean, orderly manner and provides strict security and accountability

• Attends the workplace regularly, reports to work punctually, and follows a work schedule to keep up with the demands of the worksite
• Completes all required training and professional development sessions sponsored through Tarrant County College (TCC)
• Supports the mission, values, goals, and principles of the College

• Works under the general supervision of the assigned campus leader

• Performs Other Related Tasks as Required

• High School diploma or GED
• One (1) year working experience related to the Essential Performance Requirements

• At least one (1) successfully completed course in the specialized field being supported

• Skilled in excellent customer service and interpersonal relationships
• Skilled using computer applications and enterprise systems, including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
