Our client’s focus is designing and developing automated control systems for many areas of manufacturing with a focus on sanitary systems for the dairy, beverage, and food industries.
Customer Service is key to this company! They are looking for an energetic and responsible CONTROLS/ PROGRAM ENGINEER that can travel to client sites 30% of the time. 70% of the time is at the operations in the Hurst, Texas area!
This Controls/Program Engineer provides support to manufacturers existing products and processes and equipment.
Does this sound like your area of competency? Do you understand the process to be controlled and can you specify the equipment needed to operate it.
Do you have experience in the following?
- o PLC
- o IO
- o Field bus
- o HMI
- o Solenoid valves
- o I/P Transducers
- o Motor Starters
- o VFD’s
- o Temperature sensors (Mostly RTD’s)
- o Pressure sensors
- o Level Sensors
- o Flow meters
- o Conductivity sensors
- o Chart/Data recorders
- • HERE ARE MORE REQUIREMENTS
- • Can communicate to our draftsmen the information to develop a set of control panel drawings.
- • Can communicate to our purchasing department the part numbers for items to be acquired.
- • Can develop system installation documentation so the field electrical contractors can wire up the system.
- • Can write the PLC code.
- • Can write the HMI code.
- • Can set up all sensors.
- • Can commission the system in its entirety.
- • Can train the end users operators on the system’s functionality.
