You can now pickup our products at local pop‑ups each summer, or year‑round at your front door with nationwide shipping. Description

Join The Peach Truck as a Slinger and spend your summer bringing fresh peaches and unforgettable experiences to communities in the Dallas area and beyond. This is more than a seasonal job; it's a high‑energy, immersive team experience where you’ll work closely with a small group of teammates throughout the season, occasionally traveling to support Peach Truck markets in other states for periods of up two weeks at a time.

As a Slinger, you’ll help transform empty parking lots into fully operational Peach Truck stops, engage thousands of customers, and represent our brand in communities across the region. This role is physically demanding, fast‑paced, and deeply rewarding for someone who thrives on adventure, teamwork, and meaningful customer connections. Slingers will work Peach Truck stops throughout the Dallas market, including farmers markets, with occasional travel to support Peach Truck operations in other cities/states.

Responsibilities:

  • Load, transport, s et up and break down each stop, including unloading vehicles and assembling tents, tables, signage, and product (up to 50+ lbs) multiple times a day.
  • Bag and process customer orders quickly and accurately.
  • Greet and assist customers with purchases, answer product questions, and provide conditioning and storage guidance.
  • Actively sell and upsell products by helping customers choose quantities, suggesting add‑ons, and explaining use cases (sharing, freezing, baking, gifting).
  • Actively support customer data collection by ensuring customer profiles include email or phone information and educating customers on preordering and upcoming stops.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas throughout the day.
  • Maintain speed, accuracy, and professionalism while working efficiently in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
  • Assist with inventory counts and restocking (up to 50+ lbs) as needed.
  • Follow company procedures related to safety, operations, and customer experience, along with location host, market rules, and vendor guidelines.

Travel & Professional Expectations:

  • Comfortable living and working on the road for up to 2 consecutive weeks, including overnight stays in shared lodging.
  • Represent The Peach Truck professionally at all times while traveling, including in hotels, vehicles, and partner locations.
  • Be punctual and reliable for daily departures, stop arrivals, and team schedules.
  • Maintain personal organization and readiness (uniform, hygiene, rest, packing, etc.) in a fast‑moving travel environment.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude when plans change due to weather, traffic, or market conditions.
  • Contribute to a respectful, team‑oriented living and working environment while on tour.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record and willingness to drive rental vehicles, including mini van, sprinter van etc, as part of the tour when needed
