Federal Heath Sign Company is a retail signage company experiencing growth and seeking a Program Manager to support our Key Account customers.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, self‑motivated Program Manager (or Senior Program Manager depending on experience) to support our Key Accounts team in Hurst, TX.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities at once, and enjoys being the go‑to person who keeps everything moving smoothly.
You’ll collaborate closely with customers, field supervisors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, on time, and with exceptional service.
Job Responsibilities- Manage signage accounts as part of the Account Management Services team.
- Coordinate and organize sign programs sold to companies for multiple locations, ensuring on‑time completion.
- Ensure all processes from program sale, manufacturing, installation, to billing run smoothly and meet customer requirements.
- Maintain customer communication to their satisfaction.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals.
- Arrange customer location surveys as needed and verify sign codes.
- Qualify and negotiate with subcontractors for obtaining permits, installation, and estimates.
- Issue purchase orders.
- Establish accessible, organized, and complete job files.
- Track forecast and projections of projects.
- Coordinate manufacturing, delivery, and install activities.
- Minimum of two years of project management experience (five or more years is beneficial).
- Sign industry experience strongly desired.
- Leadership ability and proven decision‑making skills.
- Lean knowledge or experience desired.
- Outstanding phone etiquette and customer service skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently as well as in teams within a rapidly changing, deadline‑driven environment.
