Three Oaks Hospice is seeking an On-Call Registered Nurse (RN) to join our compassionate team. The RN will administer skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, coordinate with an interdisciplinary team, and communicate with families and referring agencies to ensure continuous, high-quality care during night shifts.
Qualifications include an RN license, valid driver's license, CPR certification, and at least two years of clinical RN experience, preferably in hospice or home health.
