Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - North Dallas & Mid-Cities, TX

Location: North Dallas & Mid-Cities, TX Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time Compensation: W-2 or 1099 options available

The Opportunity

A well-established, respected healthcare practice in the North Dallas and Mid-Cities area is seeking an experienced CRNA to join a collaborative, high-performing team. What You'll Do
  • Administer sedation and anesthesia for pain management cases with a focus on patient safety and comfort
  • Partner with a multidisciplinary care team to deliver high-quality, evidence-based anesthesia services
  • Maintain thorough and accurate patient records in compliance with all regulatory standards
  • Contribute to a team-first culture that values both autonomy and collaboration
Compensation & Benefits

W-2 Option:

  • Full-Time (5 days/week): $250,000 annually
  • Part-Time (3 or 4 days/week): Pro-rated salary based on days worked
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid malpractice coverage, and vacation

1099 Option:

  • Hourly Rate: $190–$200 per hour
  • Minimum Guarantee: 8 hours per day
  • Schedule: 3 to 5 days per week consistently

Schedule: No nights, no weekends, no holidays

What We're Looking For
  • Current CRNA certification (NBCRNA)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience
  • Texas licensure preferred - or the ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
