James Provisions is a seasonal 80-seat restaurant located in Hurst (DFW area) with an airy, light-filled space and open kitchen. We create modern, seasonal cuisine using well-sourced ingredients from farms, farmers markets, and ranchers. The environment is fun and relaxed with a collaborative, enthusiastic team.

• Maintain knowledge of food and beverage menu items and our specific ordering standards.
• Greet and connect with every customer, influencing purchasing decisions.
• Continually grow knowledge of beverages, food, and customers.
• Follow proper service, register/cash‑handling policies and procedures.
• Follow proper service protocols.

• 3 years of bar experience for bartenders or 2 years of restaurant experience for servers.
• Positive attitude and deep understanding of hospitality, even during the busiest times.
• Strong time-management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Ability to multi‑task during a 7–8 hour shift.
• Demonstrated kindness to teammates, yourself, and customers.
• Knowledge of wine, craft beers, and seasonal ingredients.

Base pay: $7.25/hr during pre/post service side work, $2.13/hr during service. Tips are estimated at $20–$30/hr and are pooled across servers, bartenders, hosts, and counter staff. Hourly pay ranges from $20.00–$30.00 per hour plus tips.

Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Expected hours: 15–40 per week. Shift options include day and evening shifts.
