Join our team of Part Time Nabisco Merchandisers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication and relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. , and many other delicious industry‑leading snacks.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in‑store employees and work closely with the sales representative to optimize the visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and to construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in‑store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, among others) are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Ensure Sales Representative’s negotiated plans with store managers are being followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure the most efficient in‑store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which the person resides.
• Possess a positive and professional attitude, be self‑motivated, and able to work independently.
• Can drive a personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed).
• Can download and use work‑related applications on a personal device.
• Can perform hard work in a fast‑paced environment and meet the defined physical activities, such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs., occasionally pushing or pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25‑mile range from the primary location (Hurst, TX). Secondary locations:
  North Richland Hills, TX;
  Colleyville, TX.
• Work the overnight shift starting from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, Tuesday and Thursday; up to 20 hours per week.

Hourly compensation ranges from $14.00–$16.00 based on relevant experience.

Premium Pay:
An additional $1.00 per hour will be added to the standard wage for hours worked during qualifying shifts. Premium pay is only paid for work done during qualifying hours; the pay rate for all hours worked during the day shift will be at the standard hourly rate.
