• 1-3 years of retail management experience
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends

• Experience in coaching and mentoring team members
• Familiarity with retail technology and operational procedures
• Demonstrated ability to analyze metrics and drive results
• Previous involvement in community engagement initiatives
