We are looking for an Associate Manager (AM) who will lead our team, ensure high‑level store operations, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

• Assist the store manager in ensuring daily operations run smoothly.
• Take ownership of the location and lead performance.
• Evaluate employee performance and coach for improvement.
• Ensure customers receive the ultimate experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge.
• Keep the store clean, neat, and organized.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Open availability during weekends.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or related fields.
• Dynamic and outgoing with strong leadership skills.
• Driven and self‑motivated.
• Experience selling athletic shoes is a plus.
• Experience working in a growing company.

• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3+ years as a cashier.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $16.00.
