Retail Key Holder - Hurst

Location: Store 29 Hurst — 825 West Pipeline Rd., Hurst, Texas

Work Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week) – days and hours vary.

Travel Required: Yes – Corporate offices for meetings/errands, bank deposits, etc.

• Accurately operate the POS system.
• Maintain and stock merchandise on the sales floor and assist customers and donors in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased goods.
• Maintain a sanitary, safe, and attractive store.
• Assist store management with opening, closing, and daily supervision of the store.
• Carry keys to the store and be issued an alarm code.

• Ability to operate Electronic Cash Register, Credit Card Draft Capture Terminal, 10-key adding machine; read, write, and strong math skills.
• At least one year of customer service experience dealing with the public.
• Team player mentality is a plus.

• Able to lift 50 lbs and reach 6 ft. (or with ladder).
• Sufficiently mobile; able to work a scheduled shift and stand for prolonged periods.
• Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and associates.
• Must be able to train employees in the use of store equipment.

Documentation to satisfy I-9 requirements, pass background, drug screen and physical examination.
