Lead and develop teams by teaching training and actively listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback;
Tour to Teach, communicating and collaborating with all levels of associates regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction;
Model and demonstrate customer service standards using the One Best Way service model and manage customer service initiatives;
Drive store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses while ensuring effective merchandise presentation and inventory flow;
Supervise and develop hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and performance management, and ensure compliance with Open Door Policy and Walmart values.
