Call Center - Pre Qualifying Screener

Call Center Representative at CoverageX – $18/hr + Commission!

100% Onsite in Bedford, TX

We’re looking for motivated, goal-driven individuals to join our dynamic call center team.

• Reach out to prospective customers who have inquired about extended vehicle or home service contracts, qualifying their interest and connecting them with sales representatives.
• Answer inbound calls from various media platforms such as TV commercials, radio ads, and social media channels.

We’ve expanded into a new, state-of-the-art facility and are continuing to grow. Career advancement opportunities are available for team members who demonstrate strong performance, consistency, and professionalism in their role.

Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST

• Base Pay: $18.00 per hour + Commission/Bonuses
• Expected Annual Pay: $40,000 - $70,000 per year

• Prior experience in a call center or sales is a plus.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Bedford, TX 76054 before starting work (required).
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a drive to succeed.
• Requires eligibility for a telemarketing license in the state of Texas.
• Must be able to work Mon-Fri 8:00am - 5:00pm CST.
