Aaron’s Customer Account Advisors serve as coaches to our customers, driving payment collections and lease agreement renewals while ensuring customer satisfaction. Working both over the phone and face‑to‑face, they help customers move closer to ownership.

Customer Accounts Advisor

The salary range for this role is $12.75 to $13.50 per hour / annually. This position is eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

The Work

• Attain and upkeep customers’ accounts, maintain updated information in the store computer system, and document all payment appointments.
• Contact customers who have not renewed their lease agreements via home visits and over the phone.
• Sell customers the benefits of timely lease agreement renewal payments.
• Assist the Customer Account Manager in setting and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals.
• Assist with merchandise returns and guest deliveries as directed by management.
• Clean and certify merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center for all items personally returned.
• Complete and maintain weekly vehicle maintenance sheet and route sheets daily.
• Load, secure, and protect product in company vehicle; operate company vehicle safely.
• Assist the Sales Team as needed.
• Perform any reasonable duties requested by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years old in the United States with a valid state driver’s license; comply with the Company’s Driver Qualification Policy and obtain a satisfactory MVR. Canadian applicants must be at least 18.
• Meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (U.S.).
• Work varying hours from 8 AM to 9 PM.
• Lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with a dolly.
• Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• High energy and ability to multitask effectively.

• Maintain a professional appearance.
