MDM Scaffolding Services LLC | Full time

Hurst, United States

The Sales Support Coordinator is the first point of contact for MDM Scaffolding — managing incoming calls on the main line, welcoming visitors at the entrance, and providing essential sales follow‑up support through Salesforce CRM. This role sits at the intersection of office administration and sales operations, requiring a polished, professional presence combined with strong organizational skills and the ability to keep the sales pipeline moving.

The ideal candidate is personable, detail‑oriented, and proactive in supporting both the sales team and day‑to‑day office functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming calls on the main company line; route calls promptly and professionally to the appropriate department or personnel.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors at the office entrance; maintain a professional and welcoming front‑desk environment.
  • Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow‑up when personnel are unavailable.
  • Manage general office correspondence including emails directed to company inboxes.
  • Monitor and maintain the reception and lobby area to reflect MDM's professional brand standards.
  • Manage and maintain up‑to‑date records in Salesforce CRM, including leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.
  • Conduct timely follow‑up on open quotes, bids, and proposals on behalf of the sales team.
  • Track and log all customer interactions, calls, and communications in Salesforce.
  • Assist Account Managers and Business Development staff by preparing follow‑up emails, call logs, and status updates for prospects and active customers.
  • Monitor the quote and bid database to ensure due dates are being met and that no opportunities fall through the cracks.
  • Distribute inbound sales inquiries to the appropriate Account Manager or Business Development representative.
Requirements
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; professional phone manner and in‑person presence.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management platforms.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced office environment.
  • High attention to detail in data entry, follow‑up tracking, and documentation.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel) and general digital tools.
