Job Overview

This is a W2 position that offers work‑life balance and flexible, independent work. You will provide quality craftsmanship and world‑class customer service to clients while working from home. You can work full‑time or part‑time, using your own truck or van to travel to job sites in Fort Worth and nearby areas.

• Provide quality craftsmanship and excellent customer service to clients.
• Travel to job sites using your own truck or van.
• Perform carpentry and related trades such as tiling, painting, sheetrock, and kitchen/bath remodels.
• Maintain accurate documentation and invoicing.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards.

Hourly: $23 – $27 per hour. Includes benefits, performance bonuses, and a $500 hiring bonus upon successful 90‑day review.

• Prior track record as a Carpenter/Craftsman.
• Experience in multiple trades (carpentry, tiling, painting, sheetrock, kitchen/bath remodels).
• Own standard set of tools.
• Own truck or van.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Residence within 15 miles of Tarrant County.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong documentation and invoicing skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
