Come join our new Delivery Team at Chick-fil-A! As a Chick-fil-A Delivery Driver you play a crucial role in the effectiveness of our team and the success of our restaurant. In selecting Chick-fil-A Delivery Drivers, we are looking for hard working individuals who will share our passion for giving our guests remarkable service and hospitality. An individual in this role will be delivering orders to our guests' homes and workplaces and will be the face of Chick-fil-A outside the restaurant.

Drivers will be expected to check orders for accuracy, deliver meals quickly, and show genuine hospitality to our guests. Additionally, drivers will be expected to help perform other tasks, such as cleaning, organizing, and stocking, while waiting on orders to be placed.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Available at least 2 Friday's and/or Saturday's a month.
• Being able to reliably use your own vehicle for transportation
• Must have a working smartphone with a data plan, GPS and space to download Chick-fil-A Roadway app
• Must have a valid state-issued driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience with a clean driving record
• Ability to carry delivery tote bags (approximately 5- 40 lbs)
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Must be able to bend over, twist, reach above shoulder level, crouch or stoop, kneel, stand and/or sit for extended periods of time
• Previous delivery or professional driver experience is preferred, but not required

Job Description

• Deliver assigned orders in a timely manner while following all traffic laws and safety standards
• Complete in restaurant work as assigned by the manager on duty
• Handle customer inquiries, questions, and complaints
• Retain and follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and requirements
• Consistently follow all food safety and physical safety policies
• Follow procedures to ensure Operational Excellence
• Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and sanitary work environment (including personal vehicle)
