CUSTOMER COMM/LEAD ADMIN SUPPORT (HUTCHINSON, KS)

Job DescriptionProvide administrative support for the department and staff. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.
Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day administrative support primarily for Customer Communications manager and secondarily for other department managers.
- Provide support for Customer Communications manager on period accounting, processing invoices, creating reports and managing invoices.
- Utilize Kroger systems to run reports.
- Provide customer service that makes both internal and external customers feel welcome, important and appreciated.
- Transcribe and/or compose letters, memos, and reports.
- Produce and assemble materials and documents needed for meetings, training sessions, presentations, as well as day-to-day needs.
- Process department mail and distribute accordingly.
- Read and understand operating statements, work accurately with numbers to create reports/spreadsheets and recap that information.
- Maintain communications between the store managers, coordinators and districts.
- Work with applicable department in the maintenance of associates’ records.
- Supervise and coordinate events and activities.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings and travel for the department’s associates.
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Excellent phone and communication skills, good typing, and filing skills
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new computer skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines
- Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and be able to gain the support of others to get the job done
- Requires a high degree of confidentiality
- Prior experience in supporting several managers
- Accounting experience
- Business Objects knowledge
