This position is a member of the Student Services unit within the Office of the Registrar and utilizes a teamwork approach to ensure that the office is providing quality service while adhering to university policies and procedures. Comprehensive knowledge of all academic records and data across all platforms. Work requires the ability to routinely communicate effectively with members of the public, students, parents, faculty, staff, departmental chairpersons, and other university personnel.

This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
What You'll Need to SucceedMinimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Five years general office experience utilizing systems such as e-mail, phone, fax, software platforms (i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc…)
Higher Education/post-secondary experience:
- Two years progressively responsible experience in Enrollment Management (Admissions, Financial Aid, and Registrar) or experiences directly related area of expertise that interacts with the business processes handled by these offices.
Knowledge of student records maintenance, registration/enrollment processes, degree and graduation processes, and verification procedures.
Experience working with multiple policies and procedures, including university, state,and federal rules and regulations.
Working knowledge of Student Information Systems platform(s) - i.e. People Soft/Oracle, u.achieve/DARS, Imaging (Perceptive/Image Now), National Student Clearinghouse,etc.….Ability to exercise independent judgment in evaluating situations, making decisions as well as grasp new techniques and updates to products/processes quickly.
Experience working with diverse populations along with providing training and technical development, public speaking, presentations, customer service in higher education related areas.
