Purpose
The Operations Internship will provide an opportunity for Kan Equip's future leaders to learn and grow as they gain exposure to the agriculture equipment industry during the Spring 2027 semesters or Summer 2027. Interns will gain skills and experiences in the day-to-day operations of a Kan Equip location. Interns will also receive training from our Field Support Team.
Learning Objectives / Responsibilities / Duties / ProjectsThis internship will provide the opportunity to learn about parts sales, customer equipment service and equipment sales. Interns will complete impactful projects to gain an understanding of Kan Equip's mission.
Education / ExperiencesThe qualified candidate will have completed at least 2 years of college course work and has significant exposure to the Midwest agriculture industry.
Required Skills / AbilitiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills with individuals at all levels of the organization.
Desire to professionally lead, develop and motivate others.
Solid problem-solving skills.
