CRH - - - Responsibilities:
Work as part of a collaborative team, supporting fellow employees and taking directions from management to achieve project goals.;
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering strictly to all safety policies, guidelines, and regulations (including OSHA/MSHA standards), and properly utilizing the required tools and equipment for each task.;
Report any unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or incidents immediately to management.;
Assist with construction and excavation activities across a range of projects, including treatment plants, water, sewer, and storm drain systems, performing tasks like shoveling, raking, wheelbarrow use, and pipe laying.;
Perform general labor duties as assigned, including digging, spreading, and leveling materials.
