Customer Service Representative

Responsible for processing orders via phone and/or email for real estate signs and merchandise with the additional responsibility of handling the occasional customer service complaints.

• Speak clearly and professionally with customers
• Inform customers of unit prices, shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed
• Enter data into the computer to determine total cost for the customer
• Ensure quotes and website orders are processed in a timely manner
• Email all quotes to customers for approval
• Follow up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates
• Receive, research, and resolve customer complaints
• Confer with production, shipping, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace missing/delayed shipments

Clerical, office setting. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and copiers.

Largely sedentary role; some filing may be required (lifting files, opening filing cabinets, bending/standing on a stool as needed). May sit or stand as needed. May require walking on level surfaces for periods of time. Regularly required to sit, talk, and hear.

Full-time;
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours required to complete projects.
