Heartland Credit Union is seeking a friendly Member Connection Specialist to be the first point of contact for our members and create a welcoming lobby experience. This role connects members with the right products, services, or team members, whether assisting with day-to-day needs or introducing them to a loan officer.
Location is our downtown Hutchinson branch. Hours run 7:45am–5:45pm Mon–Thu, 7:45am–6:15pm Fri, rotating Saturdays 8:45am–12:15pm; 36–40 hours weekly with no evenings or Sundays.
