USD 309 anticipates needing elementary teachers for the school year.
Responsible for creating a positive learning environment to facilitate the personal, social, and intellectual development of students from grades K-6. Creates lesson plans, administers praise and constructive criticism, instructs students on subjects such as science, literature, and math, and creates a well-rounded, comprehensive instructional program. The classroom instructor must work closely with other staff and the administration of USD 309.
Job will remain open until filled.

Salary Information
Salary is based on experience and the negotiated agreement. Based on the negotiated agreement, salary range is $44,500.00 to $70,850.00.

Unified School District 309 , located in Reno County, encompasses the western edge of Hutchinson and serves the cities of Nickerson and South Hutchinson, Kansas. Over 1,100 students and 250 employees work daily to provide a first-class teaching and learning environment for students from pre-kindergarten through the senior year of high school.

Nickerson Elementary and South Hutchinson Elementary; one middle school:
