The role involves supporting the Branch Manager, maximizing growth, and maintaining excellent customer service.
Responsibilities- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound lending skills and sound financial choices.
- Provide top-tier customer service, answering questions, addressing concerns, and promoting available products.
- Process and prepare loan applications, take and process payments, and prepare loan documents.
- Execute loan closings on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily and prepare the daily branch bank deposit; transport money to and from the bank as needed.
- Build strong customer relationships and community within the branch.
- Close approved and unmade applications daily, helping to build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by the Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to use a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Strong self-confidence, organizational skills, and a history of kindness and compassion.
- Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions, embrace new ideas, and be an absolute team player.
- Hourly pay: $16–$17.
