Senior Manager, Development & Architecture, Physical & Edge AI

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and develop engineering managers and staff to achieve performance and behavior objectives
• Engage cross-functionally with department leadership and vendors to advance major initiatives and resolve operational issues
• Contribute to budget development and allocate resources to meet financial objectives
• Develop and approve network design documents for new systems and feature deployment
• Ensure development and execution of test plans for major releases and key features following engineering best practices
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned by business management

• Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience (Required)
• Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science or related field (Preferred)
• 7-10 years of technical management experience in a large corporate IP, IT or wireless service provider networking environment (Preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience in budget forecasting and budget tracking with a high degree of accuracy (Preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience creating and communicating technical and financial business cases to senior management (Preferred)
• 7-10 years of experience managing RFI/RFP processes, capital acquisitions and contract negotiations (Preferred)
• Experience setting and achieving organizational objectives and goals (Preferred)
• Experience in an AI start-up environment
• At least 18 years of age
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness to travel

Demonstrates expertise in technical management within large corporate IP, IT, or wireless service provider environments, with a strong focus on budget forecasting, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. Proven ability to lead engineering teams, develop network design documents, and communicate effectively with senior management.
