Collections Strategy Analyst- Engage Grade 7

Financial accountability

Support the maximisation of after-cost collections on the ADP portfolio through data-driven insights, testing, and strategy execution.

Support the development, execution, monitoring and continuous improvement of collection strategies, with a strong focus on hands-on data analysis and implementation.

• 3.1.1 Extract, manipulate, and analyse portfolio and collections data (SQL, Excel)
• 3.1.2 Identify trends, patterns, and performance gaps across segments, channels, and campaigns
• 3.1.3 Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• 3.1.4 Perform deep-dive analysis on underperforming areas to identify root causes

• 3.2.1 Support the implementation of collection strategies across operational channels (Call Centre, Digital, EDC, etc.)
• 3.2.2 Assist in designing and executing A/B tests to evaluate strategy effectiveness
• 3.2.3 Track, measure and report on test outcomes and recommend next steps
• 3.2.4 Drive execution of approved strategy changes and enhancements

• 3.3.1 Monitor key collections performance metrics (e.g. RPC, PTP, conversion, yield)
• 3.3.2 Track strategy and campaign performance against expectations
• 3.3.3 Highlight risks, opportunities and areas requiring intervention
• 3.3.4 Provide ongoing feedback to improve operational effectiveness

• 3.4.1 Develop and maintain regular reporting (daily / weekly / monthly)
• 3.4.2 Build dashboards and performance views to support decision-making
• 3.4.3 Present findings in a clear and structured manner to stakeholders

• 3.5.1 Identify opportunities to improve strategy execution, data flows and reporting efficiency
• 3.5.2 Support optimisation of operational processes through data-driven insights
• 3.5.3 Contribute to building scalable and repeatable analytical approaches

• 3.6.1 Work closely with the Data Scientist, Collections Operations, Call Centre, Digital and other stakeholders
• 3.6.2 Support alignment between analytical insights and operational execution
• 3.6.3 Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate into analytical outputs

• 3.7.1 Analyse customer behaviour and payment patterns to inform targeting and treatment strategies
• 3.7.2 Support segmentation and prioritisation of accounts based on risk and value
