Custodial Floater (STF
3367) – Hutchinson Community College
- Daily cleaning of buildings, including dusting, cleaning windows, floors, walls, furniture, restroom fixtures, toilets, sinks, and other surfaces.
- Use of custodial tools and equipment.
- Maintenance of interior spaces from ceiling to floor.
- Cleaning light fixtures and replacing bulbs.
- Cleaning HVAC supply and return vents; changing HVAC filters as needed.
- Assisting other employees as needed.
- Adhering to established cleaning schedules and quality standards across campus buildings.
- Arriving on time, attending work regularly, and performing responsibilities.
- Following all safety and chemical‑handling procedures.
- Complying with Hutchinson Community College policies, procedures, and practices.
- Performing other responsibilities assigned by the Director and/or Coordinators of the Facilities department.
