Operate the Asphalt Material Transfer Machine (Shuttle Buggy) to apply asphalt according to detailed plans and quality standards, ensuring daily schedules and project estimates are met;
Assist with additional crew tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork;
Maintain a safe work environment by following all company policies and OSHA regulations;
Perform routine maintenance on equipment, including oiling, greasing, and basic adjustments;
Show initiative to learn and operate various equipment commonly used on asphalt crews
