We are currently hiring experienced Welders for a well-established company in Hutchinson, KS
. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with competitive pay, multiple shifts available, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
Perform MIG and/or TIG welding on steel and metal components
Read and interpret blueprints and weld symbols
Inspect welds to ensure quality and specifications are met
Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking ForPrevious welding experience required (MIG/TIG preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Dependable attendance and willingness to work assigned shift
