Position Overview

Hutchinson Health and Rehab in Hutchinson, KS is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.

Compensation: $36.00 to $38.00 per hour with a $2 per hour CARES differential and a $5,000 signing bonus. As a registered nurse, you provide total care for residents, monitoring their condition, administering medications and treatments under physician orders, ensuring narcotic policies are followed, monitoring side effects, and reporting changes. You oversee nursing assistant-registered staff and complete documentation, admissions, and discharges. You report any bruises, skin tears, or neglect and maintain confidentiality, following HIPAA requirements and facility policies. A warm, friendly demeanor helps you deliver excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, families, visitors, and colleagues.

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly
• Experience in medical-surgical or geriatric nursing preferred
• Trustworthy, respectful, dependable, professional, and a team player

12‑hour day or night shifts 6‑6 with rotating weekends and holidays. Part‑time or PRN nurses are also considered.
