Regional RN

We are hiring a Regional RN to support centers in the region. The role involves providing skilled nursing services, supervising CNAs, and maintaining high quality of care.

• Receive patient/resident status reports and communicate to incoming shift.
• Make physical rounds, assess quality of care, intervene, interact with caregivers and patients.
• Provide direct nursing care, assess conditions, communicate with attending physicians, carry out nursing functions.
• Assist in establishing care plans based on unique needs and physician orders.
• Act as member of Interdisciplinary Care Team.
• Accurately document patient/resident condition and care provided.
• Direct or supervise medication pass, nursing care, documentation, treatments.
• Evaluate performance of nurses, CNAs, medication aides; coach and discipline as needed.
• Monitor to verify needs met and policies followed.
• Coordinate actions in emergency situations.
• Other duties as assigned by Director of Nursing Services.
• Assist with Continuous Quality Improvement Program initiatives.
• Ensure safe work practices.
• Communicate empathetically to families about changes in condition, respect resident rights.
• Travel to any center within the region/company.
• Work overtime up to double shifts.

• Current RN license from state board.
• Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
• Adaptable to frequent change in schedule.
• Work intimately with residents, physicians, staff.
• Experience in long‑term care preferred.
• Capable of working to prescribed nursing standards.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; service‑oriented.

Premium pay of $42/hr for first 60 days.

Full‑time benefits after 60 days are applicable.
