PRN LPN – Primary Care & PACT Team

The Society of Gastroenterology Nurses and Associates, Inc. is seeking an intermittent Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve Veterans in the Primary Care Department at the Hutchinson, KS Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC). This role involves providing direct patient care to Primary Care patients and coordinating care within the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT).

Applicants must be graduates of an accredited nursing school and hold active LPN licensure. Preferred experience includes outpatient clinic work, and the position involves an intermittent work schedule.
