Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Prior experience in an OR setting highly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Competence with scrubbing and circulating roles
• Proficiency in maintaining sterile technique and AORN standards
• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills

Schedule:

• Contract assignment; specific shift details to be shared during candidate consideration

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Prepare and maintain the OR, instruments, and supplies for various surgeries
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical technologists
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Provide detailed and timely documentation in accordance with facility protocols
• Adhere strictly to sterile and infection-control procedures
• Support and reassure patients and their families throughout the perioperative process

$1,895 - $2,074/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 36 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
