Shift Supervisor.

Minimum Experience:

1 year. Shift: 2:00 pm.

• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the shift operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Promote the company's brand strategy and vision, mission and values to create a great customer experience.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure that Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
• Work schedule:
  
  days vary based on a rotating 3 week schedule with an expected 45 hour work week.
• Reports to:
  
  Assistant Manager.

• Retail experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Customer focus; strong work ethic with high integrity; ability to train, develop and interact with all team members.
• Ability to build a successful team by fostering an environment of trust.
• Ability to adapt to customer and employee needs as well as store environment conditions.
• Effective communication with leadership team members; follow-up and follow-through discipline; initiative to take action and achieve goals; organized and detail-oriented; able to follow practices/procedures.
