Description Plunkett's Own Your Route Set Your Schedule Grow Without Limits

At Plunkett's, our technicians do more than treat pests. They solve problems and help customers feel safe and comfortable. As a Service Technician, you'll manage your own route, provide pest control services, and build strong customer relationships. This Route will cover Hutchinson, KS to Wichita, KS.

Training Pay is $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour + Uncapped Sales

What You'll Do

Provide pest control services for homes and businesses
Inspect properties and treat for common pests
Build strong customer relationships
Look for ways to grow your route through sales
Use basic equipment and tools, and work in indoor and outdoor conditions

What You Bring

Comfortable talking with customers and selling services
Self-starter who thrives working independently
Eager to learn. We'll train and license you.
Comfortable with physical work and outdoor conditions
Able to use mobile apps for daily tasks
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license
Bonus points:

Experience in route sales, account management, or customer service.
Physical requirements:

Regularly lift and move 25 to 50 lbs (occasionally up to 100 lbs). Perform physical tasks like bending, reaching, and extended walking or sitting.
