Role:
Tissue Regeneration Specialist (TRS) in advanced wound care sales, responsible for achieving territory sales targets through consultative engagement with physicians and healthcare staff.
Responsibilities:- build customer relationships
- conduct product and disease state education
- develop and execute territory business plans
- support surgical procedures
- ensure compliance with internal controls like SOX
- BS/BA
- 2+ years of medical sales experience (preferably consultative)
- proven sales success
- strong organizational and communication skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Office
- ability to work independently
- willingness to travel up to 50%
focus on advanced wound care products, supporting clinical and surgical sales, with an emphasis on chronic and acute wound indications.
Work Setup:field-based with significant travel; primarily in clinical settings.
