Operate a variety of advanced heavy equipment including loaders, excavators, dozers, graders, and backhoes;
Follow equipment manuals and complete daily equipment checklists to ensure safe and efficient operation;
Work closely with your project manager and foreperson to meet daily project goals and maintain superior safety standards;
Perform thorough pre-start inspections, track service needs, and ensure all machinery is in excellent condition;
Coordinate with other operators onsite to optimize workflow and ensure project success
