Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, testing, troubleshooting, and repairs on refrigeration, boiler, air compressor, and hot water systems;
Operate and maintain safety procedures for ammonia systems and comply with OSHA/EPA requirements;
Maintain and service HOWDEN, SULLAIR, and MYCOM ammonia compressors, condensers, and valve stations; heat exchangers, pump packages, liquid ammonia pumps; air units and refrigeration PLCs;
Maintain boilers, air compressors, and hot water systems to meet food industry temperatures and standards;
Participate as an Emergency Response Team member and follow safety protocols; read and follow verbal and written instructions; communicate effectively; perform other duties as assigned
