** What You'll Do
*** Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
* Maintain and optimize production equipment to minimize downtime.
* Read and interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and mechanical drawings.
* Perform equipment inspections, rebuilds, retrofits, and preventive maintenance.
* Support process instrumentation, drives, and control systems.
* Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records.
* Train and support team members on equipment operation and safety procedures.
* Follow all plant safety and environmental standards.# #
** Required Qualifications
*** Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronics or equivalent industrial maintenance experience.
* Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
* Experience with industrial equipment, motors, hydraulics, pneumatics, and process controls.
* Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
* Strong computer and documentation skills.# #
** Preferred Qualifications
*** 4+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
* Welding, pipe fitting, millwright, or fabrication experience.
* Experience with instrumentation, VFDs, and manufacturing process equipment.# #
** Work Environment
*** Manufacturing plant environment.
* Frequent walking, climbing, lifting, and equipment repair activities.
* Occasional lifting up to 100 pounds.
* On-call availability for emergency maintenance support, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.# #
