  • Full‑time, in‑person (Monday–Friday 8:00–5:00, rotating on‑call)

Responsibilities
  • Support individuals who struggle with mental health, including adults with severe and persistent mental illness and emotionally disturbed youth, in building skills and achieving personal goals.
  • Serve individuals with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness and Severely Emotionally Disturbed youth, as well as other assigned individuals requiring case management services.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address mental, emotional, and social needs.
  • Travel throughout our 20‑county service area to meet clients where they are—at home, in schools, or in the community.
  • Lead or assist in group activities that focus on building life skills, managing symptoms, and improving overall quality of life.
  • Advocate for clients, helping them navigate systems and access essential community resources such as housing, education, healthcare, and employment support.
  • Maintain clear, timely, and accurate documentation to track progress, support quality care, and meet compliance standards.
Requirements
  • Experience:

    0 years or above in human services or equivalent work (teaching, daycare, CNA, etc.)
  • Education:

    equivalent to a BA/BS; one year of related work equals one year of college.
  • Strong communication and empathy skills.
  • Comfortable in a variety of human service settings.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and be subject to random drug testing.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
