Full‑time, Monday through Friday during the school year with flexibility during the summer.

• Identify, recruit, and educate students who have difficulty progressing toward graduation.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with 35–60 students, using project‑based learning and the JAG Advantage to deliver student‑centered programs.
• Conduct career, civic, and service‑learning conferences and other JAG activities that help students explore post‑secondary pathways.
• Deliver value‑added instruction, support, and advocacy to graduates and non‑graduates through follow‑up services.
• Use trauma‑informed care and employer engagement to help students transition from school to college, military, or career pathways.
• Track performance outcomes and ensure they meet or exceed program goals.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the district.
• Experience working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Residency in Kansas.
• Proficiency with technology and educational software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to student success.
