Hutchinson, KS Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
Rotating 3.5 Days On / 3.5 Days Off | Approximately 5:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Requirements- Strong understanding of routing and transportation operations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics systems
- Experience with load-planning tools is a plus
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexibility to start approximately one hour earlier or later
- Possible availability to train on a different shift
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- Business-casual attire required
- Ability to work primarily in a seated position
- Coordinate communication among customers, drivers, and leadership
- Verify driver paperwork and close completed loads
- Review backhaul reports and route missed backhauls
- Confirm stop types and update records
- Plan salvage loads and backhauls
- Verify purchase orders and appointment requirements
- Build and maintain the load board
- Assign drivers to shuttle moves and pallet deliveries
- Monitor driver call-offs and PTO requests
- Maintain accurate transportation records
- Support daily routing and logistics operations
