- $50,000 to $60,000 per year
- Pay is based on experience.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Match invoices to purchase orders.
- Code invoices to the appropriate general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and process weekly payment runs (checks, ACH, wire transfers).
- Verify pricing, quantities, and approval authorization prior to payment.
- Maintain organized and accurate records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies or billing issues.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirements.
- Associate degree in accounting or related field.
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
- Strong organization and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Effective communication.

- After 60 days of employment, full-time employees are eligible to receive:

- Current provider is Guardian - VSP. Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).
- Short-term Disability, Long-term Disability, Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Warrior pays 100% of employee's premiums.
- Voluntary Life Insurance with Accidental Death & Dismemberment. Reasonable rates for employee and dependent coverage paid for 100% by employee (employee must be enrolled to include dependent coverage).
- Flexible Spending Account (non-taxable payroll deductions for Health Care and Dependent Care).
- Health Savings Account (non-taxable payroll deductions when enrolled in Warrior's qualifying plan).
- 401(k) retirement plan eligible after the first quarter following 6 months of employment (if age 21 or older). Warrior matches 3% of employee's annual compensation through Safe Harbor Profit-Sharing.
- Automatic enrollment at 3% pre-tax contributions with option to opt out or change contribution type or amount.
- May choose deductions to a 401(k) (before-tax), a Roth (after-tax), or both.
- Educational Assistance available to regular, full-time employees who have completed at least one year of active employment at the time the course commences.
